- List only genuine, non-counterfeit, and good-condition tennis rackets for sale.

Transaction Terms
Payment: Buyers are responsible for making payment in full for any purchase.
Shipping: Sellers must ship securely and promptly once payment has been received.
Returns & Refunds: Any return/refund agreements are between the buyer and seller; SECOND SERVE is not responsible for resolving disputes.
Listing Guidelines
When listing a racket for sale on SECOND SERVE, you agree to:
- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and ship items within the agreed timeframe once a sale is confirmed.
- Ensure that all descriptions, images, and specifications are truthful and not misleading.
- Not list prohibited items, including illegal or clearly damaged goods.
SECOND SERVE may remove listings that violate these guidelines.
Fees and Charges
SECOND SERVE charges a transaction fee on successful sales. The fee is shown before checkout and may change with prior notice.
Data Privacy and Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
Prohibited Activities
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Posting false or misleading information about products.
- Spamming, harassing, or offensive behavior toward other users.
- Selling counterfeit or illegal products.
Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Termination and Account Suspension
SECOND SERVE may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including fraud, policy breaches, or misconduct.

SECOND SERVE is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers or for losses arising from transactions. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
